We're in the main street of Swan Hill within walking distance of everything you'll need during your stay. Within 200 metres of the motel is a large selection of restaurants (and fast food), bottle shops, supermarket and the main shopping district is just a few minutes walk away.

Swan Hill is located on the Murray River in an area that averages 300 days of sunshine a year. There's plenty to do and see and we're always happy to answer any questions and help guide you to find what you're looking for.

Food and drink options

Within 200 metres is a large selection of food available including chinese, indian and italian restaurants. There's KFC, Dominos or fish and chips available. Even a gelati shop. Aldi is also right nearby as well as a couple of bottle shops

A short walk to the shops

We're located on the main street of Swan Hill and just a few minutes walk away is the main shopping district. It's a pleasant walk if you would like to do some window shopping and grab a coffee or a bite to eat along the way.

Plenty to do during your stay

Swan Hill has a lot to offer. Nearby is the Pioneer Settlement which is interesting for both young and old. Riverside Park is a nice place to spend the afternoon with plenty of space, seating and BBQ areas and multiple playground areas. It's also right beside the scenic Murray River which has a newly updated walkway with multiple exercise stations and drinking water outlets. We have brochures available in the reception area and are happy to answer any questions or make suggestions about things to see and do.

Lovely place to stay - great staff, very clean rooms and neat as a pin. The fresh milk offered was a bonus, and it certainly beats those yukky life pods of milk. So quiet, comfy bed and I slept really well.

Our first time staying in this motel although we have visited Swan Hill before. we could not have been made more welcome upon arrival and follow up was excellent. Our room was spacious and well appointed with all the little "extras" that you rarely see these days in motels. Well located with easy walking to city centre and the numerous eating facilities available in this city.
